Your extended health care benefits
How much do you have to pay?
Eligible expenses of licensed and registered health practitioners covered by your plan are reimbursed at 100 percent(%). Other health benefits may be paid at different coinsurance percentages.
Expenses are subject to Manulife's reasonable and customary limits.
In some cases expenses will not be paid until provincial maximums have been satisfied.
Refer to your plan member booklet for details, or contact your Plan Administrator,
or person responsible for your benefits.
Your plan does not contain an individual or family deductible.
Your plan has an unlimited lifetime maximum.
