Your claims history only displays claims paid for benefits under your group/plan number.If some benefits are paid under another group/plan number, those claims may not appear in the table.
If after 3 weeks, your claim still doesn't appear in your claims history, submit copies of the claim form and any receipts to Manulife. Please mark RESUBMISSION in the top right corner of the copy of the claim form.
