Updating your COB information is easy and takes just a few minutes.
- You can use the 'Send a Note' feature on the Plan Member Secure Site to send your COB information.
- You can call our Customer Service Centre at 1-866-646-1070.
- You can include your spouse's coverage information on a Manulife claim form the next time you submit a claim. Manulife will compare what is recorded on your claim form with any COB information you provided when you enrolled, and adjust your file accordingly.
Regardless of which method you use to share information, when you take advantage of COB, you make the most of the coverage available through your benefit plan.
