Verify and submit contribution and payment request

Introduction		The "Verify and submit contribution and payment request" page is your last opportunity to review the data before you submit the contribution. The Payment summary details and the Payment method entered during the "Submit a contribution" process will be displayed for your confirmation. Check the amounts carefully before selecting "Submit". To make any corrections, select "Cancel" and start the process from the beginning, or use the back button on your browser to adjust the payment information.
Forfeiture		Select the "Submit" button to submit your contribution to Manulife Financial. Once submitted, you will no longer be able to make changes to this specific contribution over the Internet.
