Send files
1) What is "Send files"?
"Send files" is a secure site feature available for users to send files to Manulife for processing.
2) What are file categories?
When submitting a file you will need to select a file category from the dropdown menu to indicate which type of change the file includes:
- Client Billing PAD
- Client Billing Statements
- Member Eligibility
- Other

3) What file extensions are accepted?
The following is a sample list of file extensions that are accepted:
.csv, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .zip, .7z, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .jfif, .bmp, .dib, .png, .snag, .tif, .tiff
4) Is there a file size limit?
The file size limit includes all the files attached to this feature. The overall file size maximum after compression is 17MB.
5) What is the processing time for Manulife to complete my request "Send Files"?
Processing time will vary based on various factors such as type of requests, volume and accuracy, ideally most file files will be processed within 5 days.
