For one-time report:
Scheduled report requests are available by 8am on the first Monday of the following month.
Adobe .PDF files are not available when report results return a large amount of detail (over 800K). As a guideline, a 100K file will tend to produce approximately 13 printed pages (on 8.5 x 11 paper).
For report results that will print quickly, you may find it helpful to submit several requests to break up the information.
One report that spans from January 2012 to January 2014
Creating 3 reporting periods. (January 2012 to August 2012, September 2012 to June 2013, and July 2013 to January 2014)
A report that includes information about all accounts and divisions in the plan
Creating a separate report for each division.
