As Director, Global Solutions, Jana Henderson leads the development and delivery of product and market strategies designed to meet the banking needs of clients who conduct business internationally. In addition to her focus on foreign currency accounts, payments, reporting, financial supply chain management, and payables/receivables finance, Ms. Henderson holds primary responsibility for expanding RBC Royal Bank’s strategic banking partnerships with financial institutions around the world.
Since joining RBC Financial Group in 1986, Jana has held various positions in commercial banking and retail sales and was appointed to her current position in November, 2006.
Ms. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and a joint Masters in Business Administration Degree from the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba / Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

As managing director of foreign exchange at RBC, John is responsible for the strategy and delivery of all foreign exchange services to both business and personal clients at RBC Royal Bank.
John joined RBC in 1993 after spending five years at other financial institutions, and while at RBC, has held various positions in both client-facing and strategic functions. Previous roles have included leading commercial banking teams, risk management, regulatory compliance and responsibility for commercial loan pricing.
John is a graduate of McMaster University and has been a speaker at various national and international forums on topics such as real estate financing, cash flow and pricing for commercial lending portfolios.
