Access your account information
There are two ways for you to access your Manulife account:
- HR Web
On the Canadian Benefits page, use the Manulife link and enter your NOVA network ID and password. - The Manulife website
From www.manulife.ca/novachem and select Access your account . You will sign in using the email address and password you selected when you first registered for the site.
Use the Manulife website to conveniently track and manage your investments and account information 24 hours a day. - Once logged in you're able to...
- Check your account balance and view a summary of contributions.
- Transfer money between investments.
- View your personal rates of return for each individual investment and for your overall plan.
- Get detailed investment information, like fund profiles, retirement planning tools and much more.
