Jim is a 38 year career banker with RBC. In his current role as Senior Manager, Client & Business Strategy, he has responsibility for developing and implementing various client segment strategies to support the growth objectives for the Bank.

 

Currently, Jim is leading the Banks’ Green Business Client Strategies which entails development of the business and financial advice that clients may require as they progress in implementing their own environmental sustainability strategies.

Jim has been a product manager, marketing manager, ecommerce sale & service manager and a variety of other market management, account management and sales related positions with RBC Royal Bank.

Sandra Odendahl

Corporate Environmental Affairs
RBC Royal Bank

Sandra is the Director of Corporate Environmental Affairs at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). She leads a team responsible for global strategy and leadership in the areas of environmental credit risk management, environmental products and services, and corporate environmental programs across the bank. Her unit is also responsible for RBC’s stakeholder engagement activities on environmental issues.

 

Prior to first joining RBC in 1997, Sandra was a research scientist with Noranda Inc. and then an environmental consultant specializing in Environmental Impact Assessments for resource sector development projects in Canada and Indonesia. Sandra has a B.A.Sc and M.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering, and she is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.
