Tracy Hackett is Vice President of Marketing, RBC Royal Bank. She has responsibility for overall design, direction, and execution of marketing initiatives across all lines of business who serve the Canadian-based client.

Ms. Hackett began her career with RBC in the retail branch and has held extensive roles in sales, training and sales effectiveness for both banking and investments before becoming Vice-President & Director in a number of sales effectiveness groups, both domestic and international. Before joining the marketing team, she played a key role in co-ordinating leadership activity between RBC Investments and RBC Banking via the Integrated Client Service initiative.

Ms. Hackett holds an MBA through St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is a fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and holds both a Personal Financial Planning designation and a Canadian Financial Planning diploma.

Mike Miller heads Google's Ann Arbor office and its Canada Online Sales team. Since joining Google in 2006, Mike has held a variety of leadership roles in online sales, serving the marketing needs of agency, technology and retail customers, and multiple sales operations teams. Prior to joining Google, Mike spent six years at Cisco Systems, where he provided advisory services to senior executives of Global 200 companies on technology strategies as part of Cisco's Internet Business Solutions Group.

A Michigan native, Mike holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He works closely with community organizations in Southeastern Michigan and serves on the board of Business Leaders for Michigan (formerly Detroit Renaissance).
