Enrolment resources, Plan Member VIP Room changing appearance



Beginning Monday, June 19, your Plan Member VIP Room will display a Manulife presence to your plan members when they log in to view their group retirement details. They will continue to login using their current credentials and will see familiar screens and details displayed. This same process will be used to transform your Plan Sponsor VIP Room in the fall.

Along with the VIP Room, member enrolment kits, forms, and materials have also been rebranded. Logos and minor wording (for example, web site addresses and company name) have been updated. You do not need to take any immediate action; these materials will be sent to you automatically the next time you order enrolment supplies. One additional update will be made in early July, when the names of funds offered to group retirement clients and members will change.

The navigation of the VIP Room will not change as part of this update. Most content remains unchanged other than images, web addresses, legal references and company names. For example, clicking Contact Us will take the member to the Manulife service site for assistance.

Before your VIP Room makes the branding transition in the fall, a reminder message will post. Again, no action will be required and your current credentials will continue to gain you access.
