We recommend you review your CAP report at least annually to ensure that the information continues to apply to your plan. You can let us know when to e-mail you with notice of your next review date. A reminder e-mail will be sent to the Plan Administrator of record on the review date. To view the email address we have on file, return to the main 'Plan Information' menu and select the Plan Details tab.
