Create a CAP report

Not sure how your plan aligns with the CAP Guidelines? Walk through a step-by-step process to develop documentation for your plan. Working through this process will help you assess your plan's compliance with these Guidelines. If you use other service provider to deliver your CAP, consider these suppliers when answering the questions. You should create a separate CAP report for each plan you offer.
