Plan details

To ensure your coverage selections are kept private and secure, you must login to the Plan Member Secure Site in order to view your Teledyne CANADA benefit details including your Coverage Statement and Benefits Booklet.


Submitting claims

All claims are submitted to Manulife.

With Manulife, you have three options to submit claims:

  • Your health care provider submits the claim on your behalf. You can typically expect to receive reimbursement via direct deposit the next day in most instances (can be up to five business days).
  • Submit your claim online using Manulife's secure website or mobile app. You can typically expect to receive reimbursement via direct deposit the next day in most instances (can be up to 5 business days).
  • Submit your claim on paper and mail it to Manulife. You can typically expect to receive reimbursement via direct deposit within 5 days of Manulife receiving your form. Payment by cheque takes longer due to mailing.

Group Benefits Mobile

Enjoy convenient and secure access to your benefits information on the go. Manulife's mobile app allows you to submit claims and manage your benefits from your mobile device. Download the Manulife Group Benefits Mobile app from the Apple App Store, Google Play and the Windows Store.

Provider eClaims

This service simplifies the claim experience, allowing health care providers (such as Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Optometrists, etc.) to submit your claims directly to Manulife. The balance is paid directly to the provider by Manulife. You only need to pay what your plan doesn't cover. To take advantage of Provider eClaims, you must sign-up for direct deposit and receive electronic claims statements. To find eligible health care providers near you, click here
